I need your help with a I-130 issue. I am a Canadian Citizen living in florida. I applied for status in November of 2000. I received a reciept of action, and the notice date is November 27, 2000. I have been residing in the U.S since December of 98. My mother who is a resident filed for my status. The notice says I should recieve a response in 175 to 225 days. I have yet to recieve notice of appointment or anything, however that is not my problem. My dillema is that I would like to travel back to Canada in June for a wedding. Before Sept. 11 I had no problems entering and re-entering the states. I have been informed that things have changed and would like to know if anyone knows what it is that I need to travel to Canada with my daughter who is also a Canadian Citizen. What documents do I need if any. A rapid response in needed as I will be travelling in June and would like to submit the forms or applications in time to travel. Thank you all in advance
