I am a landed immigrant currently staying in USA. I received my PR card but my wife did not receive it. Can my wife travel to canada without PR Card or Travel Document? Also we have a new born baby( US citizen). Does the baby need a vsa to travel to Canada?
- Your wife will be able to get into Canada by Road only - since she does require her PR card if she wants to fly into Canada.
- Your daughter (being a US citizen) does not require a visa to travel to Canada. She will need her proof of US citizenship though.
