hi guys,
i am not sure whether i have posted this thead at right place or not?
i have a daugther who was born in US in Jan 2007, me and my husband both are working overtime and busy in making ourselves settle in within 2-3 years. We had send our baby to India to my parents in laws in April 2007, with my mom as she was going to India. My Daughter's passport is valid for 5 years as she is minor, her Indian Visa are also valid for 5 years and she had to register in India and get some waiver if she is staying more than 180 days, she even got that approved. I went to India for the entire month of Feb 2008 after we got the GC interview date for my husband in March 2008.
My questions are:
1) Will my daughter have any problem while entering in US and passing thru Immigration because her picture on passport and her real look as changed a lot.
2) Neither of us are planning to go to India till this year end but instead we might invite my husband's mother with daughter to visit US, what else do i need to do if my daughter is here, do i need to update some where?
3) Any other things you guys know i have to do to maintain my daughters citizenship and will she have any problem if she is staying continuously more than 3 years in India, Indian Govt wont have any problem.
i really appreciate all your help

There is nothing you need to do to "maintain" US citizenship, especially considering your daughter was born a citizen. The only thing you might need to consider is a sworn affidavit from you (both parents) that she is allowed to travel in the custody of your mother/whoever.

So is it like, We have to send a notarized letter from US that we give permission to my parents, so that they can bring her with them or can travel with them to US

Yes, something like that. Some google research will probably turn up some examples.
