Hello,
I have been admitted to the US as a permanent resident a few weeks ago. I still haven't received the plastic greencard.
1) Is it OK if I travel outside US for a few days and come back? My immigrant visa is still valid, and it has been stamped, which means it should be a proof of my residency for a year. Has anybody done this?
2) I know I should avoid airlines like AirFrance which do not accept stamped immigrant visa, do you guys know any other blacklisted airlines?
3) What is the mean time of plastic arrival after admission? Does this time depend on the POE?
Thanks a lot.
