I have been layed off 18 months ago and not able to find any jobs in my line of profession. I cannot sustain my home mortgage payments and also have to take my mother to India. So I paln to sell my house, which is my permanent residence in the USA and have to travel to India shortly. When I return to USA, in six months time, I will not have an address or a job, but for a few investments or savings.
My concern is will it effect my GC? Will INS create objections to reenter the US? Please help with any info.
