Travelling on H1 and 545 gets Approved?

If one is traveling on H1 and the 485 is approved when person is out of the country. Will there be any any issues at the port of entry because of change in status?
Please share your brilliance.
 
I was having the same situation. I talk to my lawyer, according to him, there is no regulation for it or it is very vague. People used to enter on H1 after approval but it is not 100% safe, INS officer can deny you at the port of entry ( due to this bad economy and 9/11).

best bet Take you AP payroll or pray to god to get RFE on your AOS and delay you response to RFE. Your 484 won't be approved until you reply back RFE ( I did the same thing and holding my reply for the RFE)
