Travelling on F1 VISA

I have already graduated from a school and has transfered my I-20 to another Institution. My VISA stamp on my passport has the name of my previous institution. As I am no longer a student of that institution does it mean that my VISA is no more valid. If I want to visit home do I need to get another stamp to get in.
 
I think the original stamp (if it is unexpired) is fine. Confirm with the school's international students advisor.
