Its lil off topic but very imp to know for me.
Two questions.
1) How to get DAT visa for UK? I checked visa4uk website and surf in detail it does have link for uk consulate in NY but link does not work. Anybody has any experience recently obtaining DAT visa. What document and where to send?
2) We (me and my wife) have AP. My wife has H4 visa stamp on her passport which is valid till Aug 07 bu I do not have a visa stamp in my passport. Can I use my AP while coming back to US and my wife will use her H4 visa? Our return journey will be at two different dates. I will be back in March and she will be coming back in May. I believe we dont have to show any documents while going from US to India but will have to show AP/visa while coming back.
Anyone has similar experience? Will there be any problem if my wife use her H4 visa.
