Travelling on AP

Hi,

I am currently on H1 with Company A.

Used a substitute labor with Company B, applied for I140, I485, EAD and AP concurrently. I have my I140 approved, and 485 is in pending status. I am still working for Company A on H1, I have not used my EAD. Company A extended my H1, but I do not have visa stamped. I am planning to travel to India, when I am returning back, can I use AP to enter into US, and still continue for Company A on H1?

Please clarify.

Either way is fine. Continue on H1 by obtaining visa or using AP.
 
but is it possible to transfer H1 after travelling on AP.......so far i have not heard anyone doing it....

i know that crone memo...specifies about extension of H1...but they never talk explicitly about transfer......


dmvin...i think you are safe....since you will keep working for company A on H1....which is perfectly valid even after travelling on AP
