Travelling on AP - Which I-94

I am planning to enter the U.S on AP?

I have the white I-94 in my passport that I got when I entered on F-1 status. I also have the I-94 from my H-1B approval notice. Do I hav eto submit the white or the H-1B I-94 when I leave?

If white I94 is already expired, then it is recommended you should submit both white + one from H1B renewal notice (bottom right corner). That what I did when I was on H1.
 
The white I-94 has not expired. It said D/S. I ended up giving that one only. Should I mail the H-1 i-94 along with my boarding pass just, or will I be fine?
 
You've already left the country and given up one of them ... I doubt that it would help to send in the other one at this point.
