Travelling on AP, Questions, pl. help

Hi,

My I-485 is pending based on my wife being u.s. citizen. I have approved AP expiring sometime in June-2007. I have applied for EAD which I dont think will be approved before I come back to u.s. Also my current H1B will expire before I return in U.S.


Would I have a problem entering back or I am ok with the above stated documents ?

If I am allowed to enter back, Would I be issued I-94 ? If yes, what will be the expiry on that ? Would it be the same expiry as my AP document ?

Since you have AP and a pending I-485, you will be allowed back into US irrespective of the fact that your H1-B expired and you dont have an EAD. you will be given an I-94 that would expire in one year from the date you entered, or the date your AP expires (This depends on the officer).
