I am currently in California on F2 visa. My husband completed his Phd from in March 2010. He is now a post doc with the same university. He is on OPT. His F1 visa expired on June 29th 2010, but I was given a F2 visa till 2014. We have all the required documents :_ His EAD card, I 20, I 94. ,the job offer from the University.
I wanted to travel to India in November 2010. My question to you is whether I can travel even if his f1 has expired?
