Travelling after submitting N-400

Hi,
One of my friend submitted her N-400 based on 5 yrs LPR. She obtained her GC through marrige but got divorced after getting permanent GC. She is done with her FP recently, and planning to get married again in India. I would appreciate if someone answers the following questions:
1)Would her application be affected ( delayed/go through security check again etc. ) for travelling out side the country for 5/6 weeks?
2)Would she face any problem bringing her husband over here?
3) What would be the fast route for her to bring her husband here? Should she wait until she bocomes citizen or should she apply now?
3)Since she is planning to get married, how would that affect her overall N-400 process? Would she get hard time from the interviewer since her GC was processed through marrige.

***From my point of view I told her that she shouldn't have any problem mentioned above. Correct me if I am wrong. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

SHE MUST sponsor as a citizen (file I130 in india - fastest). filing
as gc takes upto 5 yrs, the former abt 3 mnths. I dont think
a marriage would affect her app to much. There is no reason
to believe she would go thru addl security just cause she visited
her homeland.... The only problem she might face in bringing
her husband -- time (takes longer than a h4!!!!)

Thanks Rahul.
Are you saying that she has to go back to India again once she become a USC inorder to file I-130 for his husband? I thought she could do it from here. Can you clarify this. Thanks

thanks for the link JoeF. she can file for a k1 or k3 visa from the US but the process takes a much longer time.. thats
why its advisable to file in india. also pls dont sponsor as GC holder, u will wait FOREVER.....
