Travelling after OCI

I did get my OCI finally a few weeks back. Now I am planning to undertake some travel to India and other countries. I am clear about other countries and I Dont have to take anything besides my US Passport, but I am a little unclear about my travel to India. Do I have to take the booklet sent as a certification of the OCI or just the U Visa Stamp on the passport is sufficient. Can someone who has traveled before on the OCI let me know please!!

You should carry the registration certificate(booklet) with you.
