I entered the U.S (POE : Philadelphia airport) using AP last week. I have a valid approval notice for H1 (visa stamp has expired in my passport)
The consular officer stamped one of the AP forms and my I-94. Few days later, I noticed that an U.S. entry date was not stamped in my passport. Will this create any problems here in the U.S?
I will be travelling to India in two months. Does the fact that my passport does not have an U.S entry date create any problems at the immigration counter in India?
I will be getting married during this trip to India and am planning to apply for a H1/H4 visa stamping for me and my spouse. Will the missing entry date be a factor?
