My family are Canadian citizens and we have just adopted a baby from Korea. The adoption doesn't become finalized through Canadian court for another 6 months or so, but is it possible to travel out (and back in) of Canada before then, we don't have her adoption papers until it's finalized and she doesn't have a PR card, but she does have a korean passport and her Canadian landing papers.
Our Adoption agency doesn't know if we are allowed so they aren't much help to us!!
Any advice is appreciated :0)
