Can I travel while waiting on Oath Ceremony? What documents do I need to travel? I've only got an expired green card, Nat. Receipt letter, and an I-751 stamp with a note stating waiting on Oath Ceremony. I asked for an I-551 stamp but the officer said not needed. Thanks.

Traveling

The immigration officer wrote it in my passport. And I have that N-652.

I travelled outside the US while waiting for my oath ceremony. It was not a problem. When I showed up for my ceremony (on Friday, April 8th in NYC) they asked me where did I go and for what period of time. That was it.
However I would strongly recommend you to refrain from travel with an expiried green card - you might get problems before getting on your flight back to the US or at immigration control here in the US. Unless you want to go to Canada.
