Traveling to India

Hi

We will be traveling to India in December. All of us are GC holders with plastic card and my mother in law has gotten the GC approval (to be stamped). We will be going to Madras & back

Are there any restrictions on traveling for GC holders? Is there anything special we should be aware of?

GC travel restrictions

You cannot stay out of US beyond 6 months. Considered as abandonment of GC.
