I have visa stamp until 2005 september but that is previous company's.Now iam working for another company through which my 485 is pending EAD got aprroved,i did n't apply for AP.Now iam planing to go to india with my visa.
will there be any risk if i use stamped visa of previous company and a valid H1 approval of new company at port of entry.
