Traveling to India - question

I have couple of quick questions :
We are planning to have a trip to India. I have EAD and AP documents.
I also have valid H1 stamping on my passport, with my GC sponsoring company.But, I have started working on a new job
with another company few months back using EAD. I have not filed AC21 with USCIS for change of employer.
Now, my question is can I use H1 visa that has valid date, or do I have to use AP document?
In the port of entry, if they ask who is your employer, do I have to say, the GC sponsoring employer or the new employer with whom I am working using EAD?
Do I have to take any other documents?
Also, my husband also will be traveling, and he will be using AP document,since, he doesn't have valid H1 visa
stamping in the passport. Does he need to show any other docuements?

Requirment for Applying for Interm EAD and AP document

Hi All,

My wife's current EAD will expire before the 90 days period of the pending EAD renewal application.
We have recieved a letter from the employer that her emploement will be terminates if they dont recieve copy of renewed EAD. Can someone tell me procedure for Intem EAD . I am in California , Los angeles and any previuos experience regarding Interm EAD is appreciate at CA service centers.

Also please share you experience with Interm AP.
