Traveling to India (EAD/AP or H1/H4)

My current status is H1 and my wife is in H4. For both of us, the stamping has been expired and got extenstion papers(H1 and H4)

Reg. GC, our 140 is approved and I-485 is pending in NSC. We both got EAD and AP with us right now. My wife is already started working her EAD now.

Questions:
1) Could we(both) stamp H1 and H4 when we go to India?
2) Is my wif's H4 status still valid?
3) If my wife come back to US using AP, could she resume her work?
4) If my wife come back to US using H4, could she resume her work?
