Traveling to Home country on previous employer visa stamp

My status is H1 and my wife's status is H4.Both I and my wife got our
visas stamped with company A. And it is valid upto 2007.
I have left company A and joined company B. I have new H1b/H4 approval notice for new employer B .

Now if we go to India for vacation will it be necessary to restamp it again with my current company(i.e. company B)?
Please give me proper advice.

My attorney says I can travel as long as my previous employer does not cancel my visa. how do we come know about it ?
 
Don't worry you are fine. I don't think your old employer can cancel your visa. He can cancel your old H1
