Hello,
Am on H1B since 14 years now and my wife is on H4.. Due to all the uncertainities with our US GC, we applied for Canadian PR and we got it a couple of months back.. My wife along with US citizen daughter wants to move to Canada while I stay here and work on my H1B Visa..
I am blessed with a job that’s remote and I can work from home all through the week.
How often can I travel back and forth to Canada? Can I work there remotely ? I know it’s a tax issue but will it cause any visa issues if I am in Canada 5-8 days every month ? What other issues can arise ?
Please advise..
