Traveling to Canada on EAD and AP

Hi,

I have my EAD and AP but waiting for I-140 and 485. If I want to travel to Canada do I need a Canadian Visa or can I just use the 2 documents (EAD and AP) to travel. I need this information urgently.

I think only GC Holders and US Citizens do not need Canadian Visa

Since you do not have a GC yet, you need a Canadian Visa to enter Canada. Going back to US, you can use your AP. You can find out by calling a canadian consulate in US.
 
EAD and AP are only for work authorization and travel document related to US. It has nothing to do with your Canada visit. You need to get your Canadian Visa at the nearest consulate of your area and maybe you can use your Advance Parole to re-enter USA.

GC Holders and Citizens dont need a visa. But we still have a very loooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go...
