traveling question, please help

my wife was out of status for more than 6 month few years ago, then she applied for asylum and got approved. she applied I-485 last summer, now we are planning to travel to canada for a week later this year, I know if a person was illegal for a year, he/she is subject to be forbidden come again for three years, I am not sure if this law would applied to her since she already got her asylum approved.

This rule does not apply to asylees/refugees. She can travel to a lot of countries as long as she has RTD in her possesion.
