Traveling outside USA with stamped passport

Guys,
Will there be any issues while traveling out side USA and entering back with GC stamped passport before getting plastic GC?.

Any recent experiences or input??

Yes, they can check against computer in any airports in USA. Will they be able to validate that from any other airport around the world?. Do we need to show anything in addition to stamped passport?.

Sorry that my message wasn\'t very clear. Let me explain.

Suppose if we travel to another country and while returing back to USA, how do we prove our USA immigrant status to that country\'s immigration controller ?. Some immigration officials and boarding pass (air ticket) issuing persons do check our final destinations visa/status.

In that event, how do we prove ourself?.

Stamped passport is enough

Imagine that as your GC plastic card. Nobody will question. Only people who shud be worrying about the validity shud be US authorities. They recognise INS stamp.
