Traveling only with I-551 Stamp on Passport Thru London /Kuwait to India,Transit Visa

Hi,

I have received only the I-551 stamp on passport ( No actual Card Received yet ).

But I have a trip to India now, thru, London - Kuwait - India.
( I will Not be going out from AIR port ).

Do I have to take a transit visa for London ?

Also, Do I need to take a transit visa for Kuwait ?

Anyone, with experience, please help me ?

Do not know about Kuwait but for London, yes u got to get the Transit Visa.
I had to get one. In the JFK Airport, the Airlince counter checked for these things and will not let u fly if u r missing proper visa and other stuff.
