Hi --
I received my AP and am just about to travel abroad for about a month. However, when I checked the Visa Bulletin this morning, the cutoff date already moved past my PD date. This is great news, but this means that they could be processing my case next month when I am not in the U.S. ! I will have my AP, but will that be a problem for my I485? Do I need to be in the US when my case gets reviewed or approved?
I am leaving in a few days so I am very anxious to find out whether I should cancel this trip. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks.
