Traveling on Advance parole

I am presently on my 6th year of H1 (of Company A) and my H1 expires Nov 2005, though the H1 stamp on my passport expired Oct 2004. My future employer(Company B) has filed for my
I140/I485/I765/I131 and i have received the receipt nos. I expect to get
my advance parole sometime soon.
The question i have, is, if i have to travel overseas and if I enter the US with
the advance parole:
1) Does this mean that i have changed my status from H1?
2)If i use the advance parole to enter the US, can i still continue to work
for Company A on my H1 or do i have to necessarily work for Company B based on the EAD i get?
3) I would ideally like to work for Company A based on my H1 and retain my H1 status as i consider this a more safer option.
Pl let me have your suggestions

All previous discussion is that using AP will NOT terminate a H1 status as long as he/she continue to work for the same employer.

the question is after working for the same employer for a while, is he/she eligible to change employer by applying for a new H1 (or a transfer H1)??
