Traveling in asylum

after getting permanent resident through asylum, how hard will it to go to india through nepal. since there is no visa required to india through nepal, how much risky will be it for me to return to US.
any suggestion or thoughts will be much appreciated..thanks
 
Getting married after asylum

after getting permanent residence through asylum, if I get married how long will it take for my wife to get all the paper done. any ideas guys???
