traveling by greyhound or amtrack from seattle to vancuver

How immigration people will check traveling by greyhound or amtrack from seattle to vancuver Is it safe or by car canada plated or US plated after 183 days but no stamp when entered USA before sep 11.What shall i say if they ask
 
for the bus: all need to go out thru the customs and immigration

and then re-board the bus...usually takes 20-30 minutes...1-2 minutes per person or less..did this at buffalo on the way to toronto.

Mine 200 days now and going now but while coming to USA no stamp do they object
 
Hmm, that could be a problem

excess luggage means that you have to pass it thru in front of the immigration and customs and they could ask how do you have so much stuff ...to transfer unless you have not been staying in canada.
This is for the bus.

I dont know how it goes for the train, but I assume it must be similar. Cant you get a friends car ? or come back from canada to get your luggage in a canadian car ?
 
then how do they know the laguage and officer will come to bus or we need to get down and is it the

 
 
in car they just wave you thru..in the bus you have to drag it out in front of them

I agree with tt tt experience. I been used Greyhound once and it became pain for me. They will push you to immigration
 
sept 4th was the last time I entered, sept 6th the last time I left.

Like I have always mentioned all of my entering Canada experiances
have been before the increased security...I do know of some second
hand experiances from friends who landed/visited canada and they
mentioned the increased security for the goods you carry but none
had problems since they had valid visas/landing papers.
