Hello all,
My company is going to file I140 and 485 for me, but I have few questions about the traveling while I140 and 485 pending.
my wife will be out of country for couple of months after filing I140 and 485...will it create any complication if the I140 and OR 485 gets approved while she is out of country? In order for us to re-enter in to US what are the documents we need to carry if I140 OR 485 gets approved while we are out of country?
when will I be able to file for my 7th year extension, is if after filing I140?
we have the valid H1/H4 visa stamped in our passport's until AUG 07 2004.
