Traveling Abroad

Im 17 years old and have a green card, just like my mom and dad, currently we are undergoing the naturalization process and my parents just got done with fingerprinting on 10/18/10 , and my question is, am i allowed to travel abroad when this process is ongoing

Is there a temporary traveling notice i can use, or even my green card, when this is taking place ?

My parents want me (just me) to spend my Christmas in Brazil with relatives, but im concerned whether im allowed to travel, can anybody help me?

Thank You

*If possible, i plan on leaving Dec 17, 2010 and staying there around 20 days

You are allowed to travel. Your life can not stop while N400 is going on.
You do not need a temp traveling document.

Since you are a minor, you do not even have to worry about calculating the days of residency and the oath date. You automatically naturalize when your parents do, but you can go and formalize it on a later date by getting a US passport. In fact, there is no compulsion to get the US passport the same time your parents do, but the sooner the better.
