Traveling abroad, questions at POE? help need!

I am asylee and got RTD and intend to travel to india soon and this is my first travel abroad.

Ine the back page of the RTD document, it says that

alliens are inadmissble to reenter the USwhether or not they possess RTD or not and those alleins are,

Aliens who have been convicted or or admit having commited felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude before or after entering the united states.


My question is, I have been arrested twice for misdemeanor crime on 2 separate occasions but both case got dismissed by the judge without going to a trial. Both case were dismissed on the first court date. I paid no fine, supervison , probation or any defered programs like that. It was just dismissed.
One was for phone harassment and other for solicitation opf prostitute.
Judge dismissed the first case by telling me not call victim again and he said case dismissed and i didint have to go to trialfor that .
Second one, the cop who arrested me didn't show up at court and case dismissed.

Now will i face trouble with the immigration agent at the U.S. POE?

Will i be subject to secondary inspection? Will they see my arrest records on their computer? Should I fear of being inadmissble?

Also do they ask about whether i filed tax or like that?

your help is very much needed as i am nervious.

You have to be convicted of those crimes, or admit to a immigration officer that you did them. Otherwise, there will be no problems.
 
crimes dont get convicted by immigration officer but criminal court judge so how do I admit to immigration officer at the POE about the crime i got charged with?

I neither admitted nor denied about the the charges at court. Judge dismissed me court and that's it.
