My husband came to US on K1 visa. We got married 2.5 months ago and applied for adjustment of status at that time. Case is still pending.
We would like to know if he can travel WITHIN USA with his passport and his K1 visa, which is now expired (good for only 90 days). Since we are awaiting for adjustment of status, which documents do we need to provide for traveling? All the info I find on ALL websites is about traveling OUTSIDE USA but we want to travel WITHIN USA.
