TRAVEL WITH VALID AP & EXPIRED EAD

Hi,

I will be traveling to india in dec and return in jan 2005. When I enter US my AP is vaild but my EAD will be expired. Will I have issues to gain entry to US if EAD is expired ?

EAD has nothing to do with travel. All you need is a valid Advance PArol.

As long as you have a valid Passport and valid AP, you can re-enter. EAD is not required at POE.
