EAD and AP approved for both me and my spouse.
I am traveling with my spouse next month.
Upon reentry I am going to use my AP and I am working on EAD. I hope I do not have problem.
My spouse is working on H1 and the H1 is valid till October 2006, not using EAD yet.
But this H1 is NOT stamped on the passport.
Can my spouse use AP without getting the H1 stamped on the passport upon re-entry?
Spouse will be having the valid passport, valid original approved H1 document, valid AP.
Will there be any problem to re-enter and H1 will be still valid or not?
