travel with PP stamp

Could someone please tell me where can I find the information regarding traveling with PP stamp.
such as: what are the countries allow people\'s entry without visa but with PP stamp(same as GC, I believe).
 I am planning to go European countries.

Most of the European countries will accept your PP stamp. You might want to call the consulate of the countries you are visiting to know things first hand.

It depends on your nationality (check different countries\' consulats to see if visa is required for your nationality). However, you will have no problem coming back to US, most of the European airports recognize Stamps in the passport and will allow you to board the airplane back to US without question.
I believe Switzeland is the only European country who will allow you to go without visa (regardless of your nationality) if you have US GC or PP.
