Travel with passport stamp.

I got my PP stamped after I-485 approval. But still waiting for the plastic card.. Can anyone tell me what docs need to carry for India trip..

just your passport and a copy of I-485 approval notice.

I recently travelled after stamping & did not have any problem--just take approval notice of all family members & yourself. I was asked who sponsered my GC. Take your appointment letter/ recent payslip just in case.

Approval notice copy?

When you say carry the approval notice, I assume you mean a copy or the courtesy copy right? The original approval notice was collected during passport stamping.
