Travel with old H visa

if anybody did this- help me

I Changed my company and got new H1 for that.I did not stamp my new visa yet. My old visa valid till dec- 05. Can I travel to India and come back on my old visa ? What about I-94 entry?

Please give me some idea so i can plan my tickets.
