I travelled from Mumbai to NY using Multiple Entry Parole which was valid thru 10/2002 while my 485 is being processed. The Airlines took an Original Copy of Parole at Mumbai & told me that if I have to travel on the flight I had to surrender the Original Copy which is marked as "Transportation". I tried to explain to them that it is a multiple entry document which I may need again for travel due to the sickness of my parents. They refused to fly me without surrendering the Parole Document.
My question is do I have to re-apply for a new Parole again if I need to go out of the US - as I do not now have a "Transportation" copy of I-512 any more.
Any body travelled on Parole - please let me know.
