My document H1 shows validity till Aug'08
My calculation on H1 stay shows that I cannot work beyond Nov'07 with existing H1.
I would like to go back to India in Oct'07 so that I can save 1 month H1 and return to US once I-140 or EAD is approved.
May I know whether I can go for stamping in India with my documented H1.
I will be completing only 5yr 11months by Oct'07 and I still has 1 month H1 for 6years.
Can I get the stamp on my passport using documented H1 which as validity as Aug'08. Is this OK.
Is there any issue with I-485 getting invalid and similar with EAD/AP.
