Travel with H4/H1 during 485.....

Hi Folks,

Here is the situation:

We filed our 485 last Nov and are waiting for Approval.
I had my H1 and wifes H4 revalidated/stamped in July and is valid until 2003.
My Wife has her EAD (but she hasnt been working) she hasnt used it.
She has a Adv Parole which will expire in Nov
She left for India

Question
Will she have any probs coming back using the H4 or do we need to apply for Adv Parole ??
