Travel with AP

Hi friends,

I am going to visit China this summer with my AP, and my passport has been renewed to the middle of 2008. Could there be any issue with the US portal agents? What kind of documents should I bring with me? Thanks.

I was in the same scenario when I travelled out of the US last time. All I had to show at the port of entry was my new passport (renewed one) and the Advance Parole document. It was smooth and easy.

Do you know, after you came back with AP, if you still work with the same comapny, does H1b still valid?
