I will be travelling to my home country with my 6 year old on an approved AP. My child shares the same passport with me. However when I applied for a transit visa from the Dutch embassy, I was told that I may not be able to come back with my child on the same passport and he may need his own according to new US regulations. I haven't heard of any such new laws. Does anyone know of any new law that evryone, even children must travel on their own passports. Or does anuone know where I can such information?
