Hi All,
We received EAD card for me and my wife on 09/28/2007, but have not yet received AP.
Also, have applied for H1-B extension (9th year) in July,2007 and have not yet received that. The H1-B Visa stamping on my passport has already expired.
We want to travel to India in November, 2007 for some important work. So, was just wondering what options I have to travel and come back safely without hampering H1-B or the AOS process.
If I get AP before I travel, then is it safe to just use that to come back (just in case the H1-B extension does not come through before travelling) ??
Any suggestions/solutions are highly appreciated.
