Hi friends,
Recently my I140/EAD/I131 all were approved.I also applied for my H1 and My wife's H4 extension(as they expired on July 15 this year and the stamping on our passprts also expired on 25th July)They are not yet approved.I still have another year and a half of my H1 period.My wife is planning to go to India.
So the question, Is it ok if she travels using her AP.?I will not be going.So does it effect my status or anything?While she is in India,after my H1 gets approved,can she appear for the Visa stamping at Chennai..?
