Travel while N400 pending

Hello,
I will have to travel internationally (short business trip, a week or so) while my N400 application is pending. Could someone tell me if this should be OK or I should try to avoid this? The reason I ask is because I have to provide all international travel dates while applying and if I travel during N400 process I will have to (or do I) update them.

Thank you for your kind help.
Regards,

You are okay to travel for your short trip. You will be asked to update any trips outside USA during your N400 interview. Keep proof of all your travel, just in case (boarding passes etc.).

Hello fitness99,
Thank you very much for your reply. I will certainly keep my boarding passes in the future. However, I never thought of keeping these before, so I have none from previous trips. Hope that will be OK, I plan to fill N400 from my passport stamps.

Regards,

So does that mean, that one can leave US for a short trip, when N-400 is filed until the oath ceremony ? [ i.e after finger-printing or interview but before the oath ceremony ]

thanks

Yes.

Make sure you dont miss your fingerprints or interview date. It is strongly discouraged to do so as it will delay the process.
