I have applied H1 extension on Nov 22,2002 (receipt date) at Texas cervice center. I have also applied H4 extension on Nov 22,2002. Still no reply from INS. Wanted to visit India on 1st week of May,2003. Is it advisable to go India, if we don't get approval till then?? .. Not able to get to the phone at TSC, as 120 days has already been passed.
