mine and my wife's I 485 is pending from last 5 months. We have applied for AP for both of us and still waiting to get the approval. We both have EADS and we never used them. I am on H1B and my wife is on H4 visa valid till Nov, 2005 for both of us. My wife wants to go to India as soon as possible. Can she travel
on H4 visa and come back. When she comes back after showing her H4 visa at port of entry, do we
need to send the copy of the new I 94 to INS. Are required to send anything to INS after coming back for I 485 processing.
